This practical and hands session blends with any programmed workout schedule and can either substitute a training session or be available pre/post session to assist athletes. With a focus on the importance fundamental mobility, we help members with persistent problems and make immediate changes for all to witness. Based on a researched and developed systematic and methodical approach, we enhance awareness and the ability to identify underlying restrictions that often limit performance we introduce the problem solution method for immediate change and follow up with the long term management programs.
